David Malka is a startup entrepreneur and founder of vacation rental management and investment firm Better Vacations (www.bettervacations.co), which currently manages over $250 Million in real estate assets around the world.
As a former professional poker player and coach, David has deep familiarity with data science, game theory and statistics and has leveraged these skillsets to develop proprietary technology in the field of property management. David’s technology-enabled real estate firm utilizes the tech to maximize it’s nightly rates, often out-performing competitors in the space by as low as 27% and as high as 200%.
In his personal life, D. Malka enjoys traveling (currently 60+ countries), triathlons, martial arts, surfing and is unhealthily obsessed with self-development.
